NEW YORK, June 18 (newratings.com) - Analyst Felicia R Hendrix of Lehman Brothers maintains his "equal weight" rating on Carnival Corp (CCL). The target price is set to $53.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the company is expected to report its F2Q07 results short of the estimates and the consensus due to weak demand in key markets and an increase in fuel costs. Carnival?s net yields are likely to have declined by 0.3% and net cruise costs may have risen by 0.2% during the quarter, the analyst says.
