LONDON, July 11 (newratings.com) - Analyst Tim Ramskill of Dresdner Kleinwort maintains his "buy" rating on Carnival Corporation (CCL). The target price is set to $58.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the company has some insulation against any further consumer weakness, since a cruise represents compelling value for the consumer when comparing cruise prices with the prices of other vacation options. Carnival?s stock is currently trading on a one-year forward P/E of 15x, representing an attractive investment opportunity, the analyst says.
