LONDON, July 4 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein maintain their "buy" rating on Siemens (SIE-EUR). The target price is set to ?82.

In a research note published yesterday, the analysts mention that the company aims to improve its capital management and efficiency going forward. Siemens expects to divest Enterprise, Cordless Phones and SBS in the near term, the analysts say. The earnings from the company's DPC and Bayer Diagnostics acquisitions are expected to be predictable and both the acquisitions generate healthy cash flows, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein adds.
