LONDON, August 16 (newratings.com) - Analyst Per Hansen of Jyske Bank maintains his "buy" rating on Siemens (SIE-EUR). The target price is set to ?80.

In a research note dated August 14 and published this morning, the analyst mentions that the company has reported weak 3Q results, with sales and EBIT short of the estimates. Siemens received substantial orders during the quarter and the results of the Power Supply segment were robust, the analyst says. While there is an absence of short-term catalysts, the company's stock is a good long term investment option, Jyske Bank adds.
