Siemens "neutral"

LONDON, November 2 (newratings.com) - Analysts at JP Morgan maintain their "neutral" rating on Siemens AG (SIE), while raising their estimates for the company. The target price is set to ?76.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company?s like-for-like order growth is expected to have declined to 4% in 4Q due to tough comps, a decline in large orders and sluggish growth at SBS and COM. Siemens is expected to report FY06 sales, EBIT from operations and net income at ?86.7 billion, ?5,202 million and ?3,188 million, respectively, the analysts say. The EPS estimate for 2006 has been raised from ?3.38 to ?3.49.
