LONDON, March 29 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Dresdner Kleinwort maintain their "buy" rating on Siemens AG (SIE). The target price is set to ?100.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that Siemens? CEO Klaus Kleinfeld and CFO Joe Kaeser are likely to become involved in the payment scandal, following the arrest of the company?s board member, Johannes Feldmayer. Siemens? restructuring process may decelerate going forward, the analysts say. Dresdner Kleinwort believes that the current crisis would result in a positive change at the company.
