LONDON, January 24 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Dresdner Kleinwort maintain their "buy" rating on Siemens (SIE). The target price is set to ?125.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company has reported robust 1Q08 group profits, driven by improved performances of the A&D and SEI divisions. Siemens? Power Gen and Transport businesses continued to perform poorly in the latest quarter, the analysts say. The company plans to continue to streamline its operations, with some divestments likely going ahead.
