Rational upgraded to "buy"

LONDON, March 28 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Deutsche Bank upgrade Rational AG (RAA) from "hold" to "buy." The target price has been raised from ?152 to ?170.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company has reported robust results for 2006. Rational has announced its EBIT margin guidance for 2007 broadly in-line with the estimates and consensus. The company is expected to continue delivering exceptional results and outperforming the market, the analysts say.
