LONDON, April 20 (newratings.com) - Analysts at ING Financial Markets maintain their "hold" rating on Deutsche Telekom (DTEL-EUR). The target price is set to ?14.8.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that there is substantial execution risk surrounding the company?s new investment plan. The results of France Telecom?s measures to integrate the fixed line, mobile and internet segments reflect the challenges involved due to intensifying competition, the analysts say. There are uncertainties surrounding Deutsche Telekom?s ?3 billion investment in fibre-to-the-kerb, the company?s capex and 3G spectrum plans in the US and the T-Online merger, ING Financial Markets adds.
