Deutsche Telekom "hold"

LONDON, March 16 (newratings.com) - Analyst Damien Chew of ING Financial Markets maintains his "hold" rating on Deutsche Telekom (DTEL-EUR). The 12-month target price is set to ?14.80.

In a research note dated March 15 and published this morning, the analyst mentions that Deutsche Telekom has indicated that its ability to attain the financial targets for the near-term also depends on its merger with T-Online. The analyst says that the company's new services, which are in the development stage, are promising, although these services are dependent on regulatory decision-making.
