LONDON, April 18 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein maintain their "buy" rating on Novartis (NOVN). The target price is set to CHF80.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company is likely to have witnessed robust growth during Q1, driven by its US volumes and acquisitions in the Sandoz segment. The analysts expect Novartis to post EPS growth in the mid-teens for the quarter and robust earnings growth through the year. The company is also likely to have witnessed double-digit growth in the rest of the world, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein adds.
