NEW YORK, May 19 (newratings.com) - Analyst David H Shove of Prudential Financial reiterates his "overweight" rating on United Health Group (UNH). The target price is set to $60.

In a research note published yesterday, the analyst mentions that the company has announced that it has been served with two new subpoenas. The first subpoena, given by the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, relates to the coverage of stock options granted by United Health from 1999 till date, the analyst adds. The second subpoena, given by the Internal Revenue Service, relates to the coverage of stock options and other compensation granted by the company from 2003 till date, Prudential Financial says.
