Toyota Motor "overweight"

LONDON, January 30 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Morgan Stanley maintain their "overweight" rating on Toyota Motor Corp (TOM). The target price is set to ¥6,200.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company is scheduled to report its FY3Q05 results on February 7. The analysts expect Toyota Motor to post 17.4% y/y growth in operating profits and +43% y/y growth in net profits for the quarter. The company's sales mix would improve during FY2006, Morgan Stanley believes.
