NEW YORK, July 3 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Robert W Baird maintain their "neutral" rating on Target Corporation (TGT). The target price is set to $60.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company has projected its June comps in the upper-end of the guidance range, based on sales till week three. Target's projected comps are significantly ahead of that of Wal-Mart primarily due to differentiated assortments, effective marketing and execution and the convenience of one-stop shopping, the analysts say.
