NEW YORK, February 12 (newratings.com) - Analyst Matthew Park of Prudential Financial maintains his "overweight" rating on Mastercard Inc (MA). The target price is set to $130.

In a research note published on February 9, the analyst mentions that the company has reported its pro forma EPS, excluding the litigation settlement expenses and the contribution to MasterCard Foundation, marginally ahead of the estimates. In 4Q06 Mastercard has raised its accounts to 714 million, representing a 2.6% sequential growth, the analyst says.
