LONDON, March 23 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Dresdner Kleinwort maintain their "buy" rating on SAP AG (SAP-EUR). The target price is set to ?43.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that Oracle has sued SAP alleging that the SAP TN subsidiary has illegally downloaded software and materials from its support site from September 2006 to January 2007. Oracle is seeking an award related to the value of property taken as well as other damages to be decided upon in a trial, the analysts add. Any weakness in SAP?s share price on account of the litigation would present an attractive investment opportunity, Dresdner Kleinwort believes.
