LONDON, September 20 (newratings.com) - Analyst Adam Shepherd of Dresdner Kleinwort maintains his "buy" rating on SAP AG (SAP). The target price is set to ?50.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that A1S, which has been renamed as Business ByDesign, has been officially released by the company. SAP is now setting up the infrastructure that would enable Business ByDesign to be rolled-out by 1Q08, the analyst says. The product is unique on account of its functional breadth and integration and the pricing seems competitive, Dresdner Kleinwort adds.
