LONDON, March 29 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Ibersecurities maintain their "sell" rating on EADS (EAD). The target price is set to ?23.16.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that according to press reports, the company has proposed to swap its space subsidiary, Astrium, with Thales for a stake in Thales. The analysts believe that EADS would not completely dispose off its space subsidiary, given its robust growth during 2005, which indicates a turnaround.
