EADS "neutral," estimates raised

LONDON, July 13 (newratings.com) - Analysts at JP Morgan maintain their "neutral" rating on EADS (EAD), while raising their estimates for the company. The 12-month target price is set to ?24.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the Farnborough Air Show is likely to reveal a fairly healthy airline environment, with growing leasing activity and the unveiling of new products. While the company?s share price has historically appreciated significantly during this Show, the trend is expected to be broken this year on account of the A380 cost overruns last month, the analysts say. The EPS estimate for 2006 has been raised from ?2.35 to ?2.45.
