LONDON, September 12 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Ibersecurities maintain their "sell" rating on EADS (EAD). The target price is set to ?23.60.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that Vneshtorgbank has acquired a 4.5%-4.8% stake in EADS. The analysts believe that the acquisition has been made in order to get involved in the company?s management.
