EADS "sell"

LONDON, October 10 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Ibersecurities maintain their "sell" rating on EADS (EAD). The target price is set to ?23.60.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company?s chairman Louis Gallois has been named to replace Christian Streiff as the chairman of Airbus. EADS has indicated that it is continuing the implementation of its recovery plan for the A380 model and would take a decision on A350 in the forthcoming weeks. The German Government has announced that it intends to acquire a stake in the company when DaimlerChrysler sells a part of its 22.5% stake, the analysts say.
