EADS downgraded to "sell"

LONDON, January 10 (newratings.com) - Analyst Ben Fidler of Deutsche Bank downgrades EADS (EADS) from "hold" to "sell." The target price has been raised from ?19.5 to ?21.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that following the recent rally, the company?s share price no longer adequately reflects the significant financial, political and project risks. The analyst expects EADS to continue to witness significant programme risks for the forthcoming several years in view of the ongoing A380, A400M and A350 aircraft development projects. The civil aerospace cycle fundamentals are unlikely to improve this year, Deutsche Bank adds.
