LONDON, February 13 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Ibersecurities maintain their "sell" rating on EADS (EAD).

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that DaimlerChrysler has concluded the sale of its 7.5% stake in EADS for ? 1.5 billion. This has reduced DaimlerChrysler's stake in EADS to 15%, the analysts say. DaimlerChrysler has retained its voting rights in the company, Ibersecurities adds.
