EADS "buy"

LONDON, March 12 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Dresdner Kleinwort maintain their "buy" rating on EADS (EAD). The target price is set to ?30.

In a research note dated March 9 and published this morning, the analysts mention that the company has reported its FY06 sales in-line with and EBIT ahead of the estimates. EADS? balance sheet is robust, with ?4.2 billion in cash, the analysts say. The company has projected losses at Airbus in 2007, as compared to the estimate of earnings of ?1.67 billion, Dresdner Kleinwort adds.
