EADS "neutral"

LONDON, March 7 (newratings.com) - Analysts at JP Morgan maintain their "neutral" rating on EADS (EAD). The target price is set to ?25.

In a research note dated March 5 and published this morning, the analysts mention that the company is expected to post its FY06 diluted EPS and EBIT at ?0.10 and ?250 million, respectively. EADS? results for the year are likely to have been impacted by the costs associated with the A380 programme, ?100 million in restructuring charges, a ?123 million capital gain at Defence & Security Systems and losses of ?350 million at Sogerma, the analysts say.
