LONDON, February 14 (newratings.com) - Analyst Theo Kitz of Merck Finck & Co maintains his "buy" rating on RWE (RWE-EUR).

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the company is selling its two Chilean water utilities, Servicios Sanitarios de Bio Bio and Aguas Nuevo Sur Maule, for a minimum of $400 million. The deal is in-line with RWE?s strategy of selling all its water utility businesses outside Germany, the analyst says.
