LONDON, February 23 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein maintain their "buy" rating on RWE (RWE-EUR). The target price is set to ?71.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company has reported its FY2005 results in-line with the estimates and the consensus. RWE has, however, issued a disappointing operating profit guidance for 2006, the analysts say. The company is expected to benefit from the rising power prices in Germany, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein adds.
