RWE upgraded to "buy"

NEW YORK, April 6 (newratings.com) - Analysts at ING Financial Markets upgrade RWE (RWE-EUR) from "hold" to "buy." The 12-month target price has been raised from ?55 to ?85.

In a research note dated April 5 and published this morning, the analysts mention that the company is likely to be able to resolve the environmental challenges and network regulation issues that it is currently facing. The analysts believe that RWE?s decision to exit the international water sector would prove favourable for the company.
