NEW YORK, March 20 (newratings.com) - Analyst Mark J Rowen of Prudential Financial reiterates his "neutral weight" rating on eBay Inc (EBAY). The target price is set to $40.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the listings on the company's core US site during the week ended March 17 increased 64.2% y/y. Listings on eBay Germany increased 60.7% y/y during the week. The company's quarter-to-date global listings have increased 34.2%, as compared to the estimate of 30% for the whole quarter, the analyst adds.
