NEW YORK, May 22 (newratings.com) - Analyst Mark J Rowen of Prudential Financial reiterates his "neutral weight" rating on eBay Inc (EBAY). The target price is set to $40.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that listings for the company's UK and Germany sites rose by 74.9% and 71.2% y/y, respectively, during the most recent week ended May 19, while those at the core US site declined 14.8% y/y. According to the analyst, eBay witnessed a 7.2% and 50.7% rise in its vehicles section and parts section, respectively, on the eBay Motors site during the period.
