NEW YORK, October 19 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Stifel Nicolaus & Company reiterate their "buy" rating on eBay Inc (EBAY). The target price is set to $37.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company has reported its 3Q net revenues and cash EPS ahead of the estimates. The analysts say that eBay?s GMV, excluding the effect of foreign exchange rose 15% during the quarter. The EPS estimate for 2006 has been raised from $1.00 to $1.02.
