NEW YORK, April 19 (newratings.com) - Analyst Tim Boyd of American Technology Research initiates coverage of eBay Inc (EBAY) with a "buy" rating. The target price is set to $43.

In a research note published yesterday, the analyst mentions that eBay has more international exposure than any other US Internet company and its fundamentals are improving. The analyst expects eBay to beat the 1Q07 revenue expectations. The company?s 2Q07 forecast and revised 2007 guidance are likely to be issued at least in-line with the consensus, American Technology Research adds.
