NEW YORK, August 21 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Deutsche Bank Securities maintain their "hold" rating on eBay (EBAY). The target price is set to $33.

In a research note published yesterday, the analysts mention that the continued decline in eBay?s US and UK listings and weak German listings are exerting pressure on the company?s share price. eBay is finding it difficult to generate demand and is facing tough comps and seasonality in 3Q, the analysts say. Deutsche Bank Securities expects a potential share buyback to lend near-term support to the company?s share price.
